All positions are available across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Assist elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and health monitoring in their homes.
Provide personal care, companionship, and homemaker services to clients in their homes. No prior certification required — we offer free training to get you started.
Conduct in-home nursing assessments, manage medications, provide post-hospital care, and coordinate with physicians on patient treatment plans.
What Documents Do You Need
Please bring the following documents when you come in to apply. Missing items will delay your application.
Employment Documents
- Two (2) forms of identification (one with photo)
- Social Security Card (original)
- HHA / PCA Certificate (original, if you have one)
- Two (2) reference letters
- Completed application (filled out in office)
Medical Documents
- Physical exam form — signed, stamped, and filled out by a doctor
- Evidence of PPD (updated yearly)
- Chest X-ray (if PPD was positive)
- Rubella titer or rubella vaccine (separate report)
- Measles (rubeola) titer or measles vaccine — if born on or after 01/01/1957
- Drug screen (separate report, updated yearly)
